The icing is 100% butter cream, the cakes are hand-baked (no fancy machines used) and everything is decorated by the best team of designer in Los Angeles.
Our Standards
Each cake that The Cake Collection makes is custom made – completely unique, and always reflective of the personality of the bride and groom. We have had the privilege of making a wide variety of cakes ranging from the most traditional to the extremely untraditional, like our cupcake tower.
Our staff will work with each couple to determine their individual style and taste, and make sure that our creation reflects their dreams. Then, we leave the execution up to Mindy Garcia – our decorator, who creates three-dimensional replication of our sketch. The results are outstanding.
